    Of all the gelato places in Florence this past trip I'd have to say Festival has the best. We literally got a cone with three scoops of gelato ate it and came right back in for another one for two more scoops. The lady working just looked at us and laughed haha it's that good.

    The staff is friendly and gelato shop is well maintained. I highly recommend this place to all gelato lovers.

    Mainstream gelato spot focusing on the quantity of choices in the center of Florence.

    Highlights:
    - Lots of flavor choices including granita, fruit flavors, and even yogurt.
    - Seating area with a few tables inside
    - Watermelon and lime were icy and good

    Lowlights:
    - Not as high quality or as creamy as other spots.

    Lots of other options for gelato to check out.

    my lady and i really liked this place. it came recommended from our server at trattoria za za so we decided to check it out passing by a number of other gelato places.

    the gelato was memorably good. i've learned you can't go wrong with fragola. mmm... i'm craving some right now.

    the service was good and it's really close to the duomo and the piazza della repubblica so you can sit and watch people or treat yourself before or after going shopping.

    Wow, some great flavors here. Lots of different types too. So many to choose from kindof overwhelmed. It was really good though. The service was quick and very friendly. They also have smoothies too. We were pleased with the gelato we picked.

    It is so expensive for what it is. The cup are really deciving in size  I really didn't get much ice cream for the 8 euro I paid. It tastes like gum and the only good thing is the location don't be deceived. Would never come back. Go somewhere else nicer for the money don't usually write reviews but I was disappointed
